Awakening the Kundalini is a slow and thoughtful development that requires the individual to set aside their fears of deep introspection in order to allow the spiritual and energetic flow of the Kundalini awakening. Challenging oneself to go after a study that will unleash and unlock the untapped energies within your body is to receive a life filled with unlimited possibilities.

Kundalini awakening is used to energize, and release tension that stand in the way of your energies. Imagine that there is a coiled ball of energy at the base of your spine. It is not able to move because of obstacles in its way. This is often how Kundalini practitioners visualize the trapped energy that is waiting to be released.

Each body reacts differently with Kundalini awakening both positive and negative. The means to a lucrative study is to understand the fundamentals. With proper training and focused study you will guarantee the acquisition of the affirmative effects of this special technique.

Regularly used means to Kundalini awakening is Hatha Yoga and controlled breathing.

With consistent study, slowly but surely, you will be able to release your Kundalini energy.

Heightening Kundalini will connect the chakras which can then contribute to the overall well-being of your nervous system. You will begin to feel more energized.

When you have received a higher level of Kundalini, many say that the experience heightens your senses with a deeper comprehension of their environment and life.

By awakening your Kundalini, you will be able to have greater self-confidence in oneself and to be able to celebrate in what is given to us.
