Join me for a sacred circle connecting all of us with each other and most importantly with YOUR beautiful inner self.

Join me in a monthly circle to reconnect with YOUR beauty again so that you can fully love and embrace yourself.

How are we going to do that?

Every 3rd Sunday of the month, for initially 6 months, we will meet for 60-90 minutes online via a webinar option to learn to love ourselves again, starting on Sunday, March 11th, 2012.

We share thoughts, ideals, self-talk, self-image, and all aspects influencing our views of ourselves.
We meditate, discuss, and use a variety of counseling techniques to get to the bottom of why YOU may feel a certain way about yourself.

It is clear that our outer shell, the physical body, tends to present many of us with a myriad of ways to engage in negative self-talk, to tear ourselves down instead of up, to judge ourselves instead of embrace ourselves ... all due to socially conditioned ideals of what "beautiful" is and due to our own belief systems, experiences, actions, etc.

To reconnect with the BEAUTIFUL you it is important to understand that the real issue is not with the physical body .. not at all, indeed. Instead it's with all the other "stuff" -- that way, when we uncover and address those we can release them and see ourselves more lovingly, embrace ourselves, and then work on physical aspects -- if we choose to do so -- from a more compassionate level, which leads us to be more successful with the work.

Then we work on the root issues to help each other appreciate YOUR true self, reconnect with the miracle that is YOU by using a variety of healing modalities (including various reiki modalities), focusing on the amazing TAT® to dissolve any beliefs that prevent you from having happier and healthier life.

Some of our root issues may include (consciously or subconsciously):

- fears and phobias at the source
- emotional aspects of physical illnesses
- limiting beliefs
- allergies
- weight issues
- relationship issues
- past traumas
and many more...
