Ahalya Ketheeswaran loves to work with people of all ages and backgrounds to develop their personal leadership skills.  She has a passion for helping others dream big and reach their highest potential through focus and forward action.  Ahalya is currently an Organizational Development consultant for a Canadian consulting firm and a volunteer KidCoach with Future Possibilities for Kids, a not-for-profit organization helping kids achieve goals of contribution.  Ahalya is also a violin teacher and performer of South Indian Classical music. 

Ahalya also has experience in strategic planning and facilitation, leadership team effectiveness, and employee engagement.  She has provided consulting services in a wide range of industry sectors, including the private and public sectors as well as not-for-profit organizations.  

Ahalya received her Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.  She is currently enrolled in the Coaching Training Program at the Coaches Training Institute.
