FREE Group Healing is also facilitated on the first Wednesday of each month from 6:15PM to 6:30PM (Eastern Time). Its a great way for participants around the world, especially the skeptics, to sample healing frequencies and get REconnected. Everyone is welcome to join in by follwoing these simple instructions:

Lie on your back or sit in a quiet, comfortable place. Close your eyes and "Tune in" that means pay attention to sensations inside your body. Do not force it, free your mind and let go of attachment. That's it. When ready to end the session, slowly open your eyes and resume normal routine. If you fall asleep that's okay too.
