One of my favorite quotes is from A Course in Miracles, which states: "Fear binds the world. Forgiveness sets it free."  This wisdom sums up my outlook on life.

I'm a bit of a forgiveness nut, but that's only because I've found forgiveness to be the most powerful healing tool of all. Everyone can use it, and everyone can benefit by it. 

My expertise has come over long years of study, inner practice, sincere desire for freedom, and lots of work with clients all over the globe. I've discovered that we are all fantastically beautiful beings of Light...who usually have some areas of pain and fear. It is good to know that all of our fear and trauma can be forgiven and released to the One Source who gives us life.

My sessions and products are all focused on teaching people how to use forgiveness as a vibrant, living tool that is constantly available to all.

I've developed an elegantly simple and very practical step-by-step process for traveling from your deepest sadness and trauma to the greatest peace and joy, using the bridge of forgiveness.  This process involves prayer, honesty, feeling emotions and learning from them, releasing your burdens to the Holy Spirit, rejuvenating yourself with healing grace, and receiving support & guidance from your inner wisdom.

I'm a teacher and a guide, and I love what I do. I'm so honored and grateful to have been given this calling in life.  I'm also a poet, dancer, gardener, and proud mother of two fantastic children.

I live in Mount Shasta, CA, where I've been part of its quirky community for over 20 years. Mount Shasta is a holy mountain, a power spot, and it acts energetically on all of our "stuff" to help us let go...and let God. I lead retreats and offer forgiveness ceremonies on Mount Shasta throughout the year.
