Anastasia Pryanikova, M.A., J.D. is a certified life coach, educator, keynote speaker, and learning and transformation catalyst.  She integrates recent brain research into simple steps to empower people to build healthier life and work habits and achieve stress-free peak performance.  

To coaching, Anastasia brings her experience in linguistics, ESL instruction, and law. She worked as a corporate attorney internationally and later as an attorney-advisor for a government agency. Law sharpened her critical thinking and decision-making skills, trained her to listen carefully, think on her feet and ask good questions. Anastasia's background in linguistics made her attuned to the intricacies of language and communication and the interplay between language and thought.

Anastasia fuses brain research, positive psychology, mind body modalities,  accelerated learning and linguistic discourse analysis to create interactive and dynamic coaching and training programs to help people harness the power of their minds to achieve personal fulfillment and a healthier lifestyle.  

She is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association, American Society for Training & Development Southern Connecticut Chapter, and The Institute of Noetic Sciences.

 

When not working or writing, Anastasia is taking care of her toddler daughter, cooking good food, or traversing the Connecticut landscape with the family terrier, or "terror" as her husband likes to say.
