Helping people identify their inner potential has been a core concept in the work that I have done.  I've been a consultant in various professional fields, assisting in business development, organizational development, communications, and regulatory compliance.  From this experience I've been able to develop keys for personal development, and have assisted many in their decision making processes in both personal and professional areas.  This has been an integral part of my life that I can never imagine not helping people.
