I have been a member of Overeaters Anonymous since 8/02 and currently sponsor 10 people. I have been abstinent from compulsive eating since 1/03. I combine the OA principles with tapping on energy meridians to clear out disrupted energy and limiting beliefs that block weight loss and body image success. I listen to others to get to the route cause of why they overeat. Then we tap away these issues so that subconscious desires are aligned with conscious desires to get incredible results!
