Born, educated, qualified as RN and specialised in Aged Care in England.

Moved to Australia 17yrs. ago and continued my work in Aged Care gaining qualifications in Gerontological Nursing, Infection Control and Diploma of Professional Counselling.

Having also spent many years undertaking Personal Development courses and reading books, I had a dream of one day having a resource web site and writing articles from my own experience.That dream became a reality in February 2008 when I launched the site.
