Reverse Speech operates on the premise that we process our experiences on an unconscious as well as conscious level. The unconscious mind thinks, communicates and organizes behaviour using pictures and images, or metaphor. 

Iin order to alter behaviour we must first alter the metaphors that structure the unconscious. To do this we use a series of individually designed visualizations called Metawalks wherein you undertake a journey through the unconscious mind according to the metaphors found.   

 

During a Metawalk you will be lead through a pictorial journey in your unconscious mind. You will see or sense these metaphors and, under the instructions given by your unconscious mind in previous recording sessions, be able to shift and alter these pictures and images.
