Arlana is the owner of Crystal Vision Image and Insight, which was founded over 15 years ago. She currently resides in Red Deer, Alberta. Her diverse educational background and practical work experience includes advertising, fashion design, merchandising, interior decorating and psychology. In the early 1980’s she studied Fashion Design at Fullerton College in California where she won an award for excellence. She went on to work as an assistant clothing designer while furthering her studies in art, color and design. She became a certified Image Consultant in 1991 in California and certified again later the same year in Canada.

Her training and experience spans the entire spectrum of the fashion chain: from manufacturing to retail sales and management, skin care and makeup application, to personalized high end wardrobe consulting. Her art background has given her an appreciation and understanding of color, line and design that has been an invaluable asset to her in the development of her business. These studies flowed naturally into her training in interior decorating.

Her interests in alternative healing and holistic therapies brought her to realize the role that the mind, body, soul connection plays in helping to project a positive and dynamic image. She both studies and practices different aspects of energy healing, color therapy, yoga and tai chi. She has also completed courses in Thought Field Therapy, Psychotherapy and Parapsychology.

Arlana finds great joy in her work helping women to succeed. She has started and run many womens success groups which include meditation and self motivation practices. She has since founded Goddess Wisdom and offers workshops to help women recognise and embrace thier feminine spirit.
