As co-owner of CafeFAQ Commmunications, an SF firm specializing in finance communication and training, she designed an online credit card learning center and was an early contributor to an investing glossary and has worked with numerous financial services clients including E*TRADE, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo/Wachovia and Mellon Investor Services. She was a national winner in the Charles Schwab "Talk to Chuck" campaign and moderated at the first SaveUp! savings.com conference in SF.
Current Projects: Co-writing The Gigster Guide with social media marketing expert Sarah Browne, a book on all things financial for contractors, project workers, retainers, part-timers, part-time maternity, rent-a-VP or contract CMOs, freelancers, job-sharers - the new "gigsters" of the working world.
Barbara Bryn is an Accredited Credit Counselor (CCEA) and holds a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from UCLA with graduate training in Technical Market Analysis.
Her dream? To someday open a low-cost financial counseling and education center, staffed by finance experts who want to make a difference.
