As a certified personal/professional coach, I have 25 years of experience in education and career consulting. Whether I was teaching students new concepts or helping adults recreate their career paths, my mission has always been to support people to stretch and grow so they can reach their potential and dreams. I feel it is a waste of human spirit when people hold back and live life small and contained. It’s a lot like rowing a boat with one oar…slow going, takes a lot of energy and doesn’t get you that far.
I earned my master’s degree in counseling, am a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, and completed my training as a certified professional coactive coach from the Coaching Training Institute. I coach my clients to gain personal growth with clarity and focus, redesign their lives, and create life purpose with intention, clarity and action.
I have worked as a an educator and career development counselor in public education and higher education. As a coach, speaker, and writer...I enjoy helping my clients gain gain clarity, focus and momentum to achieve the results they want.
