Bernadette is the founder and CEO of two aspiring Atlanta, Georgia based companies, The Boas Group, a business management consulting practice, and Ball of Fire, Inc., a media, communications and publishing firm, and home of megabrands Shedding the Bitch™, Creating the Rich......™ and Business Rich Accelerator™, all focused on the health, wealth and prosperity of individuals and organizations.
Prior to starting her companies in 2008, Bernadette spent over twenty five years driving change and delivering significant revenue and profitability improvements to clients such as Wal-Mart, Target Corporation, Office Depot, Sears, American Retail Group, and others in both consulting and management leadership positions.
Bernadette is an active Board of Advisor member for Bring on the Music Organization, an active member of CEO Space International and Atlanta Women in Business, and is involved with various business associations in Atlanta.
As a resident of Atlanta, Georgia for fifteen years, she is an avid cyclist, runner and dog park visitor, where you will often see her around town with her four legged best friend Charlie.
