There is no "magical key" to manifesting, there is no secret to manifesting. Everyone is manifesting thier desires every moment, however unconsciously.
I believe the mind can direct the spiritual powers. One must focus the mind to consciously create. It is easy, and I will tell you how. There are many parts to this technique, but I will give the basics here, so you can get started right away manifesting that one thing right now, today.
First, get 8 pictures that represent what you want. Get them out of a magazine or off the web. The more vivid the better, as the mind is visual. Tape them to a peice of cardboard, in a cluster, something you can look at during meditation. Put the most significant picture in the middle of your "manifesting board." Make sure your pictures resonate with your desire.
Second, get excited! As you tape your pictures to your new manifesting board, FEEL what it would be like to have manifestation come true. FEEL that place of power, feel that security, that relief.
Third, 3 times a day, for 10 minutes, at least, look at your board, and chant the AHHHHHHHHHHHH sound. Sit comfortably, and visualize Gold Light rising from the bottom of your spinal cord, slowly up, and all the way up to your head, and like a beautiful gold fountain falling around you. Be gentle with the Ahhhhhhhhh, let it spring forth from within you, do not try to push the sound. Feel the sound.
What ever you think about during the Gold Light, AHHHH meditaion will come to pass. Stick to one manifestation at a time, until you get going. Then expand to three manifestations at a time. This is the best, and the quickest manifesting technique I know, and I use it constantly.
I have consciously manifested so much in my life, that I can attest to its unique value as a great technique.
For example, I have a stable love relationship, I have traveled on over 10 trips in the last 6 months for vacation and pleasure, I have manifested a small business, all with this technique.
I even use this technique when shopping for the perfect dress!
The is only way to develop innate telepathic abilities, one must meditate and contemplate daily on the Spirit within. It is the same with manifesting, it takes practice!!
