Career Management Toolkit™ is the brainchild and passion of Brian Moore. Brian joined the executive recruitment and career management industry in 1993, recruiting Finance Directors and CFO’s for a major listed global recruitment group, before transferring to the company’s Hong Kong office in early 1997. Brian created, built and led two North Asian recruitment businesses, which continued to grow profitably until late 1999, when he decided to follow his dream
Brian launched his own company, Brian Moore International (BMI) in early 2000, initially focusing on working as a personal agent for job seekers around the world. He’s been described by many as the Jerry Maguire of the executive recruitment industry, and has represented executives in 18 countries, across multiple industries and disciplines

When not working, Brian spends valuable time with his wife, daughter, son and pet Golden Retriever. He is an avid runner and tennis player, with a huge passion for music. He is now based in Singapore
