I am a Personal Life Coach and Soul Coach, currently living and working in Cyprus, providing individualised coaching programmes for clients on a one-to-one and group basis. I also facilitate Spa Retreats for Spirit, Mind and Body, providing opportunity for individuals to relax in the comfort of a top class Spa Resort in the beautiful county of Cyprus, and to engage in a journey of discovery and personal liberation.

I coach to a full spectrum of personal and spiritual life issues and have significant professional experience in supporting people following trauma, bereavement and other personal crises. My particular expertise and interest lies in Soul Coaching - raising awareness of spiritual as well as emotional and physical wellbeing, and in Relationship Coaching.

I am an ordained Minister and in addition to my Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching (merit) I hold a First Class Honours degree in Theology, an MA in Pastoral Studies and a Certificate in Counselling.

I have eight years experience within the NHS, both at the front-line as a spiritual healthcare provider, caring and supporting people through painful and difficult circumstances and also in a managerial role, supervising, teaching and facilitating staff. I also have training and experience as a Harassment Advisor, in Supervision and Mentoring.

I have a broad base of skills to draw upon, a non-judgemental attitude and genuine sensitivity, care and concern for people.
