Carol L. Skolnick, M.A., is an author, speaker, facilitator and recognized expert in The Work of Byron Katie, a simple yet transformative way to identify and question the thoughts that cause all the suffering in the world.
Carol has studied and worked closely with Byron Katie, founder of The Work, since early 2001, and has assisted thousands of people to mine the riches of Katie's life-changing process of self inquiry as it applies to their lives, relationships and careers. She is been called upon by community leaders, business owners, coaches, counselors, educators, individuals, couples, and private groups to deliver The Work around the world via teleclasses, workshops, introductory programs and one-on-one.
A frequent staff member at Byron Katie's events and The School for The Work, Carol was among the first group of facilitators worldwide to receive the new Certified Facilitator credential from The Institute for The Work in 2007. In addition to her private practice, she is a mentor to new facilitators in Byron Katie's facilitator certification program.
