Carrie spent the first 15 years of her "post college life" working on Wall Street in a variety of marketing and product management jobs. Then when her company relocated she took the opportunity to refocus her priorities and create a new life for herself and be home with her children. Carrie took her strong organizational skills, knowledge of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and desire to make a difference in people's lives and shifted her focus to ADHD coaching and organizing.

Carrie received her ADHD coaching training with the American Coaching Association and ADD Resources. She has also attended numerous seminars and conferences on ADHD, Coaching, Learning Disabilities, and Getting Organized. Carrie is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD), ADD Resources, Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) and the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).

Carrie and her clients often work on goal setting, time management, prioritization, getting organized and breaking up large projects into small manageable steps. In short Carrie helps her clients carry through on the steps it takes so that they can get things done.
