With her focus on Career and Life Coaching, Peterkin counseling services are geared primarily towards middle managers and mid-career professionals seeking escape to a better future. Her way of helping others leads to a comfort level welcomed by her clients giving relationship stabilization immediately. Her approach is to go above and beyond just coaching her clients. Peterkin has touched many lives since she started coaching, guiding her clients through various career and life changes. Expertise in the areas of personal development, mentoring, train-the-trainer, project management, adult learning, training, instructing and facilitating are the result of her years of formal and informal training and personal experience.

She publishes Recipe for Success, a free monthly E-zine on living and achieving success both personally and professionally. Her articles and tips have appeared in several publications. Peterkin is also the author of the e-book The Career Management Guide, the elite career guidance you need to manage your career.

Prior to becoming a coach, Peterkin spent over 17 years in the Financial Industry as a Senior Manager of Operations and Administration for one of Canada’s larger Mutual Fund Companies with over 7 billion of assets under management and 30 funds. The sale of the company forced Cecile to pursue her passion – working with people to help them have a meaningful life, advancement and growth.
