Charrise has been a business leader and innovative thinker for many years.  Her formal education began in 1979, with advanced degrees obtained through the school of life.  She has been involved with sales, marketing, management, and operations – coaching in each experience.  In 2006, she obtained certification as a business coach through BusinessCoach.com.
