Christine McDougall’s expertise is in facilitating the navigation of high integrity, high performance leaders, politicians and people of influence, through the treacherous waters of political and corporate life, vigilantly supporting the maintenance of the very integrity and passion that inspired them to the leadership journey. Christine believes that leaders who operate from a place of personal principle and integrity are desperately needed in all domains of life, and yet have to daily battle the existing systems that either say one thing anddo the other, or operate from sneaky politics, sly back stabbing and an ~us orthem~ mentality, or are simply not geared to operate within a high ethics, highflex, rapidly changing and increasingly transparent world. Christine works with men and women to support them instaying in their own truth, finding alternative ways to live and work withtheir principles intact, within traditional organizationalstructures. Christine is a Master Certified Coach, the highest international commendation awarded tocoaches by the International Coach Federation. She is one of the leaders incoaching in Australia and New Zealand, with eleven years full time experience. She was the first coach in Australia and New Zealand to receive the qualification of Master Certified Coach. Her work is leading edge, combining a systemic perspective with daring and compassion, using models such as Wilber’s integral theory, Buckminster Fuller’s systems theory, developmental models including spiral dynamics, and her own models supporting unconditional responsibility, cultures of commitment, appreciative inquiry processes and the ability to speak the truth with compassion. Recently,Christine developed the Dare to Care programme which has been delivered to hundreds of people in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. Dare to Care transforms the way leaders communicate at all levels, from junior to the most senior executives. The programme teaches people to become aware of how they are perceived by others in communication and to become more conscious of the impact and consequences of their communications. Dareto Care also supports individuals and groups to implement changes in order tocommunicate more effectively with clarity, integrity and “heart”. Ultimately, the new ways of communicating lead to better relationships, more effective problem solving, enhanced negotiation skills, an open and trusting workplace and greater skill in dealing with difficult workplace situations and conflict. All of which can positively impact a companies bottom line.
