De Fletcher is a motivated and energetic teacher and trainer. She has
taught hundreds of people how to become effective trainers and
facilitators.
De overcame an abusive, alcoholic childhood and used those experiences
to help homeless, addicted, unemployed, working poor, and people
with self-image and esteem challenges reach life goals and realize
their dreams. She has over a decade of one-on-one mentoring/coaching
experience.
In 2005, she combined her 10 years of social work, teaching,
mentoring, and her Masters Degree to develop a results oriented, self-improvement private instruction system.
In 2006, she released her first Ebook entitled "The Shocking Truth About Self Help!" which was written to help people discover why their repeated attempts at improving their lives had not been fully successful.
In October of 2007, De released a novel she had been working on since 2001. In Ebook form, "The Talking Quilt: Creating New Patterns . . . Living an Awesome Life!" is a true story about life lessons from a spiritual perspective that came to her while she sewed her first hand-sewn quilt.
This unique book is designed to be read right to left and is an excellent resource for anyone who wants simple answers to how to improve their life and start living with more happiness and less stress.
De's philosophy is that each person is responsible for
his or her own words, thoughts, and actions. She believes a person
chooses to be either a whiner or a winner in life. She holds
fast to the knowledge that no one can change anyone but themselves.
The foundation for her system is the belief each person must
improve and change on "The Inside First" before they
can experience lasting and positive results on the outside.
