Practicing veterinary medicine since 1968, I began to study alternative therapies in 1987, making two trips to China to study acupuncture, and attending many courses and seminars to learn about alternative therapies. While staying abreast of conventional veterinary medicine and recognizing its value, especially in diagnostics, I have also become certified in acupuncture and veterinary chiropractic. In my veterinary practice, we combine the best of conventional medicine and diagnostics with a number of alternative therapies, to provide an integrated approach to health care for my patients.
