I coach my clients 3 times a month during regularly scheduled 40-minute phone
calls. I'm also available for email coaching between sessions and quick pick up
calls (5-10 minutes) when you're stuck, need support or have something to
celebrate.  To get started, I require a minimum commitment of three months. 
I feel it takes that long for us to build a trust, focus and momentum and really
get into the flow of our coaching relationship.  Many clients end up staying on
average 6 months to a year depending on the size of the gap between where they
are now in their online marketing and where they want to be.
