Donna Hedley is a Speaker and Life Motivator based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
While struggling with some overwhelming personal issues as well as depression, she made the decision to research ways to create and maintain her happiness. By finding practical methods and strategies, she came to understand that she had the power and responsibility to make it happen in her life.
She is the founder of Strategies for Happiness, a web-site dedicated to helping others find their own personal happiness potential. She is also the publisher and editor of the newsletter "Strategies4Happiness". Through this monthly e-mail newsletter, she shares ideas and insights to help individuals make their life more fulfilling, as well as practical strategies that can transform their life.
As a motivational speaker, her message is positive, informative and practical. As an IT Trainer, she is able to translate technical information into non-technical terms to communicate quality understanding for her clients. She is available for speeches, seminars and one on one IT training.
Holding a BRe in Education and Music from Emmanuel Bible College in Kitchener, ON, she is also a graduate of the Visual Developer Program at Willis College in Ottawa. In additions to that, she has obtained the Toastmasters CTM designation.
In addition to speaking and writing, she co-published the book, "50 Ways to Cook Ground Beef Creatively", developed various on-line computer courses as well as doing on-site training in MSOffice, Web Development, Visual Basic and PL/SQL. She also likes having fun!
