I'm Dr. Bill O'Shea, a marketing consultant and a small business owner just like you.
I founded Eye Care Success to help optometrists attract more patients, generate more referrals and increase their profits. Basically, to become better marketers.
When I started my optometric practice in 1995, I knew next to nothing about marketing. The Practice Management class we received in college did little to help prepare me for the competitive world in which we live.
So I set out to learn all I could about marketing. I put what I learned to work and created a successful and profitable small business.
Over the years, the study of marketing has become a passion for me. I've read scores of books, attended seminars and listened to countless hours of audio programs.
