Why do people hurt each other so often, so easily?

Why do so many of us have our potential stunted by events or people from our past?

How do we get over hurts, betrayals, disappointments, and injustices to blossom into our natural, fully fledged selves?

How do we recognize people who are likely to be damaging to us?

How can we find safe paths through the minefield that is everyday life?
