Dr. Pagano is a success in many fields. A World War II veteran, he was in the D-Day Invasion, Normandy, France; Battle of the Bulge at Bastogne, Belgium; earned the Bronze Star along with honors from the French Government and by New York State which gave him the Liberty Medal (which is the highest honor given to a civilian).
Dr. Pagano earned doctorates in Medicine, Chiropractic, the Philosophy of Chiropractic, Naturopathy (alternative medicine) and Divinity.
He is well prepared to write on Christianity is well documented by his work in Anglican Clinical Studies and Family Counseling.
He is a chartered member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Member of the Ministers Alliance of Oral Roberts University, International Society of Christian Psycho-Therapist.
He has founded the Christian Agape Ministries and Church, the Christian Agape Discipleship Institute and the National Chaplain's Association of New York State.
He has been elected, received and consecrated presiding Bishop of the Apostolic Diocese of the Holy Spirit. He is Evangelical with a charismatic distinction, and continues his Bible research and writing.
He has been honored to be included into Madision Who's Who for 2007-2008.
