Rick Ruiz is a Home Business e-infopreneur, IT Manager, Real Estate Investor and Property Manager. He actively pursues Multiple Streams of Income and has a special gravitation towards the Power of Positive Psychology and exploiting the realm of possibilities within.
Rick has been living on his own since he was 17 and at one time point in time was even living in a homemade trailer in the back of a gas station. Rick has had his fair share of challenges throughout life. He supports a Fortune 100 company on large scale IT systems for the US Government and has been a Diversity & Inclusion Chairperson for a couple of years. Prior to this assignment he was involved with International IT projects in both the UK and Canada.
Rick’s engineering, program and production management skills run deep. He has held operations, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales management positions as well as mechanical and systems engineering positions with several firms, including international corporations.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of New York – Excelsior College in Albany, N.Y., and is nearing completion of a master’s degree in International Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School in the United Kingdom.
Rick started his career in laser technology during the early 1980s, and has worked on tactical laser weapons, high-volume trim resistor manufacturing, large-scale data capture operations, and in hybrid microelectronic packaging such as metal stamping, computerized numerical control operations, glass firing and multiple layer ceramic fabrications.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Rick has lived on the West and East coasts in the United States, Mexico City, and the United Kingdom. He is fluent in Spanish. He has been married for over 20 years and has three children; in 2006, he lost his 18-year-old daughter in a car crash.
