Erfan is a well-weathered expert in business start-up, growth and turnaround. He's most passionate about supporting others in going for their dreams and reaching self-mastery through entrepreneurship. His the president of Enlightened Life Productions, the multimedia company he founded in 2004 to spread his message to the masses with entrepreneurial inspirations.

Erfan has been a lifelong entrepreneur, he actually did his first transaction at age seven , when he sold his sandwich in elementary school for a quarter. While in college, Erfan started his first successful business which was a vending company with many more to follow.

His powerful Book 101 Reasons You Should Fire Your Employer & Start Your Own Business was born a few years ago when he started writing down his reasons not to ever work for someone else and seeking ways to start his own business once more, right after a job loss.

Erfan has since been investing in Real Estate, and has collaborated in helping his mentors Robert Allen and Mark Victor Hansen in their latest bestseller- Cracking the Millionaire Code. He actually helped arrange to invent an experiential game based on the book and successfully test it in September, 2005 with an audience of over 500 participants.

Erfan is currently a seasoned Real Estate Investor, a Marketing Strategist and a Movie Co-Producer. Erfan was instrumental in producing the upcoming movie documentary "Millionaire-Awaken Your Secret" to be released worldwide in 2008. The documentary is based on Napoleon Hill's principles and featuring many celebrities including Robert Allen and Mark Victor Hansen among others, and is supported by the Napoleon Hill foundation. A book based on the documentary and the legendary book "Think and Grow Rich" is in the planning stage.

Additionally,Erfan has been serving since 2004 as an industry expert on the advisory board of Convenience Enterprises, Inc, the inventor of the revolutionary multi-billion dollar invention for the Hospitality industry called Nap Wrap.

Erfan is an award-wining poet with poems published and recorded in Europe and the U.S. He was nominated for Who's Who in poetry for the past three consecutive years. He's also a sought after business expert with many articles featured in many prestigous publications.

Erfan graduated from college with a bachelor of science in Institutional Management and Business Administration. Erfan was selected for Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities in 1989, and has been honored and recorded in the Library of Kentucky as an inspiration to all entrepreneurs in 1998. Erfan has moved permanently to California in 2001, and has since made the inspirational heaven of the central coast his home.
