Erin Carden HHC, AADP

Whole Food Nutrition Expert

I am a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition which is affiliated with Columbia University. I am board certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and I am a First Degree Reiki Practioner using the Usui Reiki Method of Natural Healing.

After graduating from King's College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a B.S. in Computer and Information Systems and Business Administration, I spent 6 years working in the corporate world for IBM. I became very attracted to natural and alternative health during those years, and studied Pilates, Yoga, Nutrition, and The Law of Attraction extensively.

As I saw the way my life transformed from this study, I became determined to bring this gift of health, purpose, and well-being to others. I started my business, The Art of Nutrition, in January 2005, and took it full-time in March 2007. My mission is teach and inspire you to understand your body in a new way, so you can nourish it and create the health and vitality you need to live out your own unique purpose in life. I am here to guide and support you in transforming your life!

I'd love to hear from you!

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Erin Carden

Like most of us, you have probably tried a variety of diets, and may even have managed to do well on some for a few weeks or even months. However, the emphasis that most diets place on willpower, deprivation and denial is both unnecessary and counterproductive. Unless you have a plan that is practical, works with your lifestyle, and takes your individuality into account, the changes you have worked so hard to make will not last. My expertise is in helping you to figure out what works best for you.
