Hello and thanks for checking out my space. I am a Transformation Expert, Writer, Speaker and Healer based in beautiful Mount Shasta, CA.

In addition to my therapeutic credentials as a Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, I also hold a BA in Theology and Religious Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University, Canterbury, England and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Bath Spa University, Bath, England.

I am currently working on my first self help book and am in the process of building my platform from which to launch it.

In the past two years, having been attuned to Reiki Master in the traditional Usui methodology, I have become passionate about Energy Healing and the ability for healing the body and the mind without traditional medicines and without traditional psychoanalytically based counseling.

I receive the greatest satisfaction helping others bring Health, Balance and Energy back into their lives.

Areas of expertise include Stress Management, Depression, Anxiety, Self Esteem, Confidence and Assertiveness. I have been Certified by the International Association of Reiki Practitioners (IARP), the International Board of Clinical Practitioners (IBCP).and the American Association of Professional Hynotherapists.

When not working with clients, my favorite pursuits are hiking, photography and spending time with my beautiful wife and best friend, Rachael.
