Gabrielle Pullen, GCFP is a FELDENKRAIS Practitioner, whose focus is on teaching people to hone their own ability to improve their lives. To do this she has put together a program of interactive support systems to help you learn to improve your function and overall quality of life and to support the lifestyle changes that are necessary to live the life you really want to live.

 

Gabrielle
Pullen has been working with athletes, seniors and injured persons to
improve their functional mobility in private
practice since 1994. She has over 1460 hours of training. She is a
Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and holds an International
Certification from the FELDENKRAIS Guild of North America. She
graduated from the Santa Barbara FELDENKRAIS Training in 2004. In the las two years she has also increased her expertise in training the mind/body continuum by adding certification to teach Qigong, and iRest meditation.

 

Gabrielle
has been teaching movement classes since 2002 in a variety of settings. Her
style of teaching tends to include references to themes that relate not only to functionality, but to living an examined life. In
the process of learning to expand the very subtle ability to be
aware, you come to experience firsthand how mobility and the body itself are merely
extensions of and reflections of consciousness. If you don't like what you are getting in life, you can learn to change it by changing the software in your brain. Gabrielle specializes in teaching you how. You too, can live a more fulfilled, satisfying life with a greater sense of aliveness and be spontaneously happy in the way you once were as a small child...
