Gail Barker B.A., C.P.C.C.

Gail Barker is a Certified Professional Life Coach with her own company, Stellar Coaching & Consulting.  She has been coaching since 2002, and over the years has developed an expertise in supporting professional women who are overwhelmed to discover the joys of living a life of EASE through choice.  That's right, Gail Barker helps professional women lose the overwhelm and reclaim fun, joy, fulfillment and life on their terms.

Gail received her training through the Coaches Training Institute, and holds the professional designation of CPCC.  She is also a member of the International Coach Federation, and a founding member of CoachesCanada.  She has a background in Psychology, and worked for several years in the not-for-profit sector before launching her coaching practice.  Gail's philosophy is best summarized by her tagline:  Life by design or life by default; what will you choose today?"
