Glenda Sparling has had a rich personal and professional life and business. Sparling, a successful businesswoman, entrepreneur and CEO of their privately held company, has currently retired from her 25 years of international travel and seminar presentations.

And I did not want to live like this for the rest of my life. I figure I'll live till about 95, so this was really important to me - to change my existing habits and get back to what God and nature intended us to do...and that is to rest soundly and sleep at night."
Currently, her specialty is inspiring insomniacs to take control of their life - their nights, by using the methods taught in The Spirit of Sleep. Before focusing her time and energy on natural sleep cures, she and her husband owned their own business. They traveled internationally and she taught women of all ages how to sew the perfect fitting garment. Glenda's educational background includes a M.Ed. and she brought years of teaching and education to her widely-acclaimed, informative seminars. Additionally, she authored numerous instructional manuals as well as a best-selling book on fabric embellishment.
In retrospect, it was no doubt the pressures, routines and results of her business life that initiated the onset of her insomnia. It was easier to medicate than to recognize the writing on the walls. After retiring from their business of 25 years, it became obvious that this incessant insomnia was an issue that needed to be overcome. And she did it!
