Greg McBride, MEd, LCADC, LPC began in the fields of alcoholism, drug addiction, and mental health in 1977. He has worked in all manner of treatment programs from residential and inpatient to partial hospital, intensive outpatient and traditional outpatient settings. He has provided counseling and therapy, clinical supervision, program design and implementation, as well as administrative oversight. He has worked with the Division of Youth and Family Services, Trenton State Psychiatric Hospital, Family Crisis Intervention, the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ, Carrier Clinic, The University Medical Center at Princeton, and the Progressions Group.

Greg has worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. He is trained in hypnosis, family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and critical incident debriefing. He is known for his work with Dual Diagnosis clients having participated as a consultant to the Division of Addiction Services (NJ) in identifying and implementing the Dual Diagnosis (MICA) treatment protocols throughout the State of New Jersey.

Greg is currently in private practice in Princeton Jct. and Branchburg, NJ. In 2003 he joined the faculty of the Center for Alcohol & Drug Studies at Rutgers University (the oldest such center in the US). In 2007 he became an adjunct professor at the College of Education at Kean University.

Greg is married, has one son, and three grandchildren. He also has over 23 years of continuous personal recovery.
