I'm born in 1955, spent my childhood and teenage years in Poland and (East) Germany and moved to Denmark at 16. I've been interested in self growth in various forms since I was 18, and have been working seriously with meditation, therapy, massage, healing etc. most of my life.

Around 2004 I noticed that my interest in self improvement as such began to fade. I started considering myself a "finder" rather than a "seeker". At that point I had a pretty precise impression of the nature of my true Self but experienced it as if I was constantly loosing the connection. I knew I needed some kind of tools to support me and I knew it was not any of the countless self-improvement or self-help tools available. So I just waited, more or less.

In the end of that year Robert Scheinfeld announced the first of his  Phase 2 / Busting Loose courses. It was exactly what I was looking for. There were the pieces to my puzzle that I've been missing and the tools that could help me on my path to awakening / busting loose. I've been walking the Busting Loose path since, and have enjoyed this way of living and the resulting expansion beyond words.

I've had the pleasure of sharing the journey with many Players, and have been offering Busting Loose coaching support since the beginning of 2007. 

I've started offering spiritual coaching outside the Busting Loose context in June 2008 (although I've been doing it for many years in a less "official" manner).

I've always had a great interest in creative expression and especially improvisation: first through music and now writing. Busting Loose means expanding to a point where life is being experienced as creative play, and I find great joy in the way all aspects of my life come together and combine.

I also work with children (3-6 years old) and that too is wonderful creative play.
