Hello, my name is Hope Weiss and my area of expertise is helping children and teens cope and thrive after either a divorce or separation. I also work with parents to help them understand what their children are going through during this challenging time. Research has shown that parents play a major role in determining how their children will cope emotionally after a divorce. The types of therapy that I offer include play therapy with children, individual therapy with teens, family therapy and parental consultations.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Tulane University in 1988. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. Before opening my private counseling practice, I spent over a decade providing counseling services and groups to children, teens and adults in various social service agencies.
