Ingrid Cliff has worked with senior
executives, managers and companies in both the public and private sector for
the past 20 years across diverse areas including human resources, copywriting,
corporate communications, marketing and business development.
Ingrid has always been at fascinating places at interesting
times – as Research Officer writing the history of the Union for the Police
Union during the Fitzgerald Inquiry; the Research Officer to the Qld Industrial
Commission who changed their 100 year old processes; Senior HR Consultant to the
Public Service Management Commission under Peter Coaldrake reforming the public
sector pay structure, as well as Regional HR Manager to the Department of
Families in Caboolture during their reform process.
Ingrid was the Director of Human Resources/Organisational Development
and Planning within Qld Treasury. Her highly successful team had Chinese
paper lanterns, bead curtains and belly dancing hip scarves in their work area
instead of the normal government décor. Her HR specialities are facilitating
strategic and operational planning, performance management and leadership
development.
Ingrid was also was hired to turn-around and expand a large
Pharmacy chain – taking it from 5 to 18 stores across Australia within an 18
month period.

Ingrid has been a roadie with a very bad heavy metal rock band
as well as contemplated life as a nun. She has a wealth of stories about
how things really happen in life and in business, as well as living life to the
