I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern, a National Certified Counselor, and working on my Play Therapy certification.  I have a background in school counseling with over 8 years of experience in education as a teacher and a counselor and over 10 years of experience with children. I have my Masters degree in Counseling from Texas Woman’s University. I counsel children, teenagers, and adults. I enjoy helping others who need some direction in their lives. I help clients figure out how to maximize their potential by setting attainable goals for living a fulfilled life. I also work with parents to help their children who display behavior problems, anger issues, lack of self-esteem, or difficulty concentrating in school. Often, Play therapy techniques are incorporated into our sessions.
