Over ten years ago a single moment changed my entire life.  In that moment, everything I had known about life, or 'myself', disappeared, and all that was left

was inner joy and bliss and a sense of timelessness and non-dimensionality. At

that time I felt trapped in an abusive marriage and a 250 pound body.  Things in my life began to shift very quickly after the opening which I write about in my

book called Living Beyond Belief. For quite a while I was baffled as to why this had happened to me.  I began to consciously study and to trust that inner voice that had been there all along and it has led me to adventures beyond my wildest dreams, including being invited to Findhorn, Scotland and St. James Church in London in Spring of 2007 to sing my songs, read my poetry, and speak with other artists/teachers I admire greatly.  About six years ago I began to incorporate a vegan living food way of eating and have been very encouraged by this, as well as cleansing and fasting, as a way to remain in a high state of awareness of love and joy.  I have a teenage daughter that is homeschooled, and last year our condo in Santa Monica, CA was sold in favor of a 32 foot RV.  This is a big change and the next chapter in this grand unfolding adventure.

I have facilitated many classes helping others to break through limited ideas, discover potentials they didn't know, and have worked with inmates in the Federal Prison system.  I have a Master's degree in spiritual psychology and besides group cleanses, and Beyond Belief classes, offer one on one spiritual coaching and counseling.
