Jeanne has been in love with words since she was fifteen ... maybe younger. Although she seldom sought publication, she yearned for and read good books, wrote poems in the closet (metaphorically speaking) or in her head.

Other writers inspired her. Teachers,professors, friends and counselors, traveling and inspirational writing and authors/workshops focused on spiritual growth brought her to herself, to her own heart center.

Many poems have been published in anthologies and she has released a book...Wings to Fly, with fine art photographer, Joanne Chilton. Writings and images from the book were exhibited in Anderson Gallery, Lunenburg, NS, Canada in 2006.
