She has received her Holistic Health Counseling certificate from Columbia University and has graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (NYC), Hippocrates Institute (FL), and Heartwood Institute (CA).  She is well educated on holistic health, whole foods cooking, nutrition, and the medicinal quality of foods from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective.  She is certified by the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners) and has a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University.  Before founding and directing Luv this Life Wellness Consulting,  Jennifer spent 8 years in the fields of marketing and project management, working for IBM.  She has also served as a personal chef to numerous clients in the Los Angeles area.  She incorporates all of her skills, education, and diverse experiences into her services and programs, which makes for a powerful combination that can not be missed.
