Joe Dimon is a passionate, hardworking fitness professional who has been working in the leisure industry since the young age of 14 starting as a recreation assistant.Joe has always been interested in many types of sports from when he can remember. Joe started to take a big interest in sport and fitness when he decided to do GCSE Physical education, from that he did a HND in Sports Science. When I completed that he started to work in the gym environment and has been from the age of 18.
Whilst working in the gym Joe has gone onto various other courses and intend to go on more in the future to broaden his knowledge even further, please refer to his qualifications page on his website. From when started working in the gym Joe has worked with hundreds of gym members from all background, cultures, ages, lifestyle and sporting backgrounds, this has given him the ability to be versatile and diverse towards people and their needs. |
