John is an Awakening Coach, Spiritual Teacher and Writer with an MScD (Metaphysical Science Doctorate) and a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. He has also studied Kria Yoga with the Self Realization Fellowship, is a certified Past Life Regressionist and an Ordained Metaphysical Minister, and more recently became certified as a Reiki Master Teacher in the Tibetan Usui tradition.

At the age of 27 he began teaching meditation, spiritual development and energy healing, and now focuses on showing people how to heal egoic distortions and pain body (suppressed emotional) issues, and live in Present Moment Awareness. He also teaches the correct application of the Power of Intention to create change within as well as creating new "external" realities.

For over ten years John was a recluse Monk and spent his time meditating, praying, and studying spirituality, psychology, metaphysics and various healing modalities. Eventually his quest for enlightenment took him into the forests of the southwest U.S. and a Jeep and tent became home for five of those years. During that time John experienced three spiritual awakenings, which completely changed his life and led to his teaching others how to do the same. Knowing and experiencing the Self can happen for anyone. We create our reality and shape our future life through our Intent and where we apply our energy.

Getting Started With John Michael Christian

My work focuses primarily on helping people understand the mind and the nature of Consciousness and how to heal mental and emotional distortions to lead happier and more productive lives. I also teach how to quiet the mind and become deeply Present and live in the Moment. Present Moment Awareness connects us to our inner Divine Nature, which enhances Intuition and Awareness, and also helps us to more easily see self sabotaging mental and emotional constructs. Ultimately it will also open the way for deep Spiritual Realization.

This process is known as "Inner Work" and will not only heal suppressed emotional pain and mental distortions, it will also bring about deep and profound realization of the Truth of Life. In other words, we experience our True Nature as beings in God. Often this happens through sudden "Spontaneous Awakenings". The end result is a wonderfully balanced life in all areas. A balanced life is one in which we are inwardly connected to our Divine Nature and have a healthy mind and emotions, and also one in which we have a healthy body and abundance. If we are without any of these we are out of balance with the way God intended for us to live.

Incorporated into all of the above is the application of the Power of Intention to create fast and lasting change. We exist in a vast Quantum Field which I call "The Body Of God", and we have the ability and poiwer to use it to create our own reality.. including Spiritual Growth and mental, emotional and physical health and well being.

As a result of growing up in a a dysfunctional home with an alcholic mother and violent father I have also personally experienced Clinical Depression, PTSD and Addiction and can assist with healing in these areas as well. All can be healed with determined intent and through changing inner thought and belief structures and releasing suppressed emotions.
