I am a qualified solicitor (of the non-practising variety these days) and Managing Director of www.ten-percent.co.uk, legal recruitment consultants on the web. Some years ago, I studied law at Leicester University and Frankfurt University as well as De Montfort University and the University of Northumbria, and trained with a small high street practice in Leicester. On qualification I worked for a Chambers listed firm in Nottingham, before going in house and subsequently taking a full time role in Ten-Percent as a recruitment consultant. I started career coaching professionals back in 2000, and thoroughly enjoy seeing the results, with many clients keeping in touch over the years and coming back for further assistance free of charge as required (JB Fagan & Ten-Percent both offer initial 2 hour consultations followed up by unlimited email support for life).
