My work does not follow a singular approach to treatment, but rather I employ a variety of well-researched interventions to help people achieve the goals and changes they desire. Within this context, I focus on creating an atmosphere of empathetic understanding, acceptance and genuineness.
I believe that by experiencing trust, acceptance and respect clients may find the safety to explore themselves and change; that the relationship between the client and myself is vital for healing to occur; and that clients’ instincts are sound.
The majority of treatment I provide is short-term and goal oriented. I offer long-term therapy for clients who need and request such.
