A few years ago, after 30+ years of getting it wrong in my intimate relationships - I came across Tony & Nicki Vee, Relationship Experts Extraordinaire! So many light bulbs lit up inside my head, when I first heard them speak, that I decided to literally move in with them for 6 months to discover their 'secret'. I worked, lived & learned exactly what they were doing to have such a consistently outstanding relationship.
Their premise stems from the viewpoint of the Masculine/Feminine Dynamic & how everything in all your relationships & especially your intimate one, is affected by it. Once you are reminded of what it feels like to be in your true masculine or feminine core, it makes total sense & is very easy & straightforward to apply with immediate effect.
