Instructor Amadio teaches adults, kids, toddlers and has developed a "Little Kickers" program for 1-3 year olds. She is dedicated to spreading the benefits of tae kwon do training around the globe.
This summer, Instructor Amadio attended the World Taekwondo Culture Expo in South Korea where she trained and competed with taekwondo practitioners from around the world.
When not teaching tae kwon do, Ms. Amadio is a Lighting Designer and Architectural Engineer practicing in the New York City area.
